manage email accounts missing

I am trying to find the page where I can manage my email accounts.

I have noticed other posts on this but they have not been useful.

One *solution* was to go to...

https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/account-settings/manage-accounts

... that gives "400 Bad Request", as did...

https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/account-settings/details

So where is it hidden now?

Would be nice if it was available from the home page for my account.

Argh!!!

Now it is working.

But could still do with a more obvious link rather than having to scour a forum for a link posted by someone whjo happens to know where it is.

Did both links work for you? You can find your Email Accounts in your Account Settings, under Web Mail.

The links did work eventually.
The site was glitching when I first tried.

It would be a good idea if these pages were available from the account settings/dashboard pages rather than having to scour these forums looking for clues.

Sorry to hear of your struggle to access your email previously. You can always sign in to your online account here , by going on > update settings > account details > access my mailbox so you can visit your email account from there in the future.
