loss of emails

help!

I have lost all emails - both phones and laptop.

Cant get through to the virgin media website either.

When I look at settings the usual IMAP/SMPT settings appear to have changed from imap.ntlworld.com to a imap.virginmedia.com account?

Are you able to sign into webmail to confirm loss of emails?

FYI: recommended email client settings are:

Incoming

Account typeIMAP

or

i can’t sign on to website - keeps saying it’s down and to check password!

however I notice that the info given is imap.virginmedia etc

this is different than old server as it used to be imap.ntlworld.com

i will try and change settings!

Settings changed

on phone now says no password- but I haven’t changed password!

it’s been 10 days now!

this happened before ( a few weeks ago) but emails have come back after a few days

How do we contact a virgin forum admin helper?

Resolved

found reference to accounts being locked.

password change has resolved issues
