They're actually the same as for any other mail client.
As a general rule, provided it's a brand new account and not one that's been deleted and re-added due to a password change. You shouldn't need to worry about the specifics. Just follow the setup wizard.
However for completeness here are the general settings you need.
Inbound - IMAP
Server - imap.virginmedia.com Username - Your full email address - e.g. email@example.com Password - (speaks for itself) Port - 993 SSL - On - slider should be green
Outbound - SMTP
Server - smtp.virginmedia.com Username and password should be entered as per the inbound settings. Port: 465 SSL - On Authentication type - Password.
