Once again, my email access has been blocked for no reason. As has my wifes access.

I get a FORBIDDEN warning when trying to access virgin www

My outlook has also stopped letting me access virgin/ntl servers for no reason. I have not made any changes......fed up with this happening again

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've had some issues with your email account.

Looking at things from our side I can see you were able to speak with an agent today. If you do still need help with anything please let us know.
