emails locked

My wifes emails on [REMOVED]@ntlworld have been locked since Monday. She contacted Virginmedia support on Monday evening and was informed that IT Security had locked the account due to suspicious activity. We have run a anti virus scan and changed the password but are still unable to access her emails. Can anyone help as apparently it is not possible to talk to IT Security

Hi diggermandachs, 

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. 

Usually in circumstances such as this we would take over, reset the password so we can replicate the issue and then pass this over to the relevant teams however as the account is in your wife's name, we won't be able to do this. 

Can you get your Wife to create her own Forum account so we can deal directly with her? This will allow us to pass data protection with the account holder then and raise things further.
