BTW: what event has occurred to indicate your email account has been hacked; keep in mind this is a public forum so do not post any personal information.

Firstly, welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

With regards to your email being hacked what @用心棒 has advised is exactly right, have you managed to follow those steps on the link provided to get the issue resolved?

Or as stated if you can provide us some more information without revealing anything too private, we will gladly assist further.
