Tuning in

Hi, I have a Blueyonder email address and recently have had a couple of mails telling me my virgin bill can now be viewed as a PDF.  It seems to originate from info@consumer.talktalk.co.uk  and cc's me on an old Blueyonder address. Never been with talk talk ever. PDF cannot open. Any answer please?

Forward the email to phishing@virginmedia.com and delete it; if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.

The PDF is likely malicious and having opened it you should take appropriate action to confirm your device has not been compromised, i.e. scan it for malware.
