Can you confirm if you have been able to try this via different web browsers?

Can you confirm if you have cleared the cookies and cache and tried this again?

Thank you for reply it’s appreciated. I can get access to Primary account but its secondary account i cant get access for . 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
