Well, of course, the blacklisting will have been lifted because there was nothing connected to you home IP to send spam. But as @jem101 says you'll get listed again just as soon as the spam bot is detected again sending spam from your home IP. You know what to do, but you have to be willing to do it. We can do no more to help.

Entirely as expected, you absolutely have to follow @HowardML advice above regarding checking if your IP address is on the block list. Then we can advise on what you have to do to track down the device with the malware and remove it.
