Yesterday I got a message saying my email box could not be opened so I rang the helpline, recorded message said there were intermittent faults in the area which were proving difficult. Howeveer, on the same account I have another email address which is working perfectly. I cannot find anywhere on the recorded messages as to the department I can speak to and just cannot sit and wait for hours for a human! Help! I need my email address!

Hi, on our VM account we have two email addresses, both NTLworld.com One account is fine but the other one went down yesterday. saying the box cannot be accessed at the moment. I can't get through to anyone for help at virgin and I need to get into the emails. can you suggest anything? thanks
