email username/password no longer recognised

I download my email via OE Classic on my PC. This works, no problems.

However, I can no longer access email via the website.
Has something changed in the last few days?
 
I am a Virgin broadband customer and it is a virgin.net account..

I'm going to ask the @ModTeam to get someone to look at this.

If you have a broadband account then you should not be experiencing this issue, however certain situations can result in you getting a new account with the old email becoming an orphan email.

The Forum Team will take a look and assess the situation.  keep an eye on this thread, but wait for them to get here.

I think that what ravenstar surmises might be correct. If so then we should be able to link your virgin.net email address with your current VM account. Please reply to my PM (purple envelope, top right) and I'll investigate Smiley Happy

I now can't download email either There is a 'stuck' message and without access to webmail I can't delete it!
