email throttled/dribbling in

paanibay
Tuning in

I receive email for work purposes which can include 30 or more emails sent at one time. This has recently not been a problem however since the beginning of the month they have stopped coming through in a timely manner. Some are delivered at the time others can be delivered hours/days later.

The sender says everything good their end and I have added a gmail forward address and they are coming through alright. If there anyway of stating the sending address should not be throttled? Who do I speak too?  I have a blueyonder address.

Thanks

Wait for @Hayley_S to request the email headers via private message.

FYI when including headers in message / post select to expand formatting toolbar as highlighted:
2022-03-29a.jpegthen:
2022-03-29b.jpeg
and paste the header text into the code sample windows and then OK to insert into message / post

Thanks for your help

Thank you for the required details @paanibay.

Our team has checked this for you. They have determined that the issue could mean that you may have your own filters set up associated with sending/receiving specific emails meaning that it would make suspected spam end up in your spam/junk folder.

Please try the below links for more information on mail email spam settings as this could be the problem:

I don't think so. They are never in the spam folder which I check regulary. The just arrive in the inbox hours/days late. There is nothing in my spam filter I can see which cause that.

I have looked at the links. there is nothing in my spam filters that could be causing the problem. I show the analyasis from the a header which shows a delay of 5 days, which seems like a problem to me. If you could pass this on, thank you.
