my ntlworld in box contents disappeared yesterday

I have obviuosly hit a button accidently

I have checked trash etc but can find them

is there a way of reinstating email back to its position  a couple of days ago

Hello

I am afraid that Virginmedia cannot restore the contents of emails that have been deleted, it is your responsibility to backup email, Virginmedia do no backup any form customer emails.
