Hi, since Friday ive not been able to access my emails on my phone. all I get it an error message saying the password or user name is incorrect ive spoken to apple and they took me through set up and all is correct so they told me to contact VM for new IMAP settings which I have.
I can access on a laptop and have deleted the account on my phone and reinstalled but this does not receive new mail or show old or saved mail ? can anyone help please /
As you are using an apple product - read this first and try the advice. If no luck, please post back as there seem to be other issues that have cropped up recently and the community can further diagnose.
