I have been trying to access my emails for the past 24 hours, but get the message to try again in an hour. I have tried to log in to the virgin account and just go around in circles trying to get past the verification pictures. My wife, who is the account holder cannot access her emails either.
Followed advice followed from another post to call 150, but all advisers busy! Please try again later.
Another post advises checking the email settings........impossible because I cannot access the account.
So the prices keep increasing and the service gets worse.
Not happy, I have work to do and cannot contact the people I need to communicate with.
