This past week my old supposed to be deleted ntlworld email address was hacked and I have been receiving threatening emails. The person has also hacked into my social and professional accounts and changed the passwords and even put two factor authentication on them so I can't access them.
My ntlworld account password has now been changed by the hacker so I am locked out of the account and can't change the password. As it is a deleted VM broadband account we can't log into the email to request a forgotten password either.
I just want the email address deleted.
I have attempted to speak to an agent via chat and gotten no response. They've now hacked accounts where my credit card details are available. Please if anyone could offer some help this is really upsetting.
