A non sent email will be saved as a draft after certain time period. You can change the time or disable drafts in the email settings section of Virgin Media Mail.

Webmail lacks Send Later functionality.

An email client may provide the functionality sought, for example Thunderbird's Send Later add-on, however the client must be running for the send to occur.

Hi @vindi62,

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for post and I'm sorry to see that you're having some issues with delaying sending an email.

As @Graham_A and @用心棒 advised, our Virgin Media web mail lacks the option to delay sending emails. However, you are able to draft up a response, and send it later on if you wish. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

Thank you.
