Hiya,
I just wandered if anyone is having any success solving this, it has been happening intermittently to me the past few weeks but I’ve not been able to access my email for over 24 hours- and it’s my primary email for both my children’s schools etc and I’m awaiting some urgent info re school next week.
I have previously reset password, I have tried on different devices, with different browsers, but nothing is working. I have the following which comes up
I keep getting this:
SORRY, Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.
Any help would be much appreciated- thank you

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. It's really great having you on board with us in the forums also I am sorry to hear you are having an issue accessing your mailbox.
I appreciate you've already tried a password change but as there was an issue yesterday, we're asking you to repeat this step and to follow the steps laid out in this thread here again. Make sure the password you choose is something completely new and nothing you've used before.
Once you've done that, wait an hour and see if you can log in. If you're still unable to, or have any further issues, just let us know by posting back here.
