I've been having the same smtp send fails since the weekend, regardless of wether I send from my main PC, or android email client, all of which have worked fine until a couple of days ago , no changes at my end.
As above, can pickup emails no problem, but cannot send. I've got 3 different email addresses with Virgin and I'm 'old school' IT and prefer a real email client rather than webmail (the interface to which on VM is dire for anything other than reading current emails).
Are there any updates/timelines on what these email backend issues are, and when they should be fixed? I've managed several smtp and pop3 servers over the years and it's really not that difficult !
