Is Blueyonder mail down currently?
Not working on my laptop nor phone
Phone is asking for my credentials and laptop comes up with this message..
Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable This is either because your Virgin Media Mail account is locked, or because you don’t have an active account with us anymore. If you have an existing Virgin Media Mail account with us, please follow the steps below, as your account may have been locked as a security precaution.
I've had this happen in the past, changed passwords and messed around only to find it's a Virgin issue, so wondering if anyone else is having the same?

So I've contacted Virgin and so far they can't resolve but raised a ticket..
I was told to change my password for the Virgin media account which I've done. Then use a 3rd party email
so original email was .......@blueyonder.co.uk now I've changed to ..........@tiscali.co.uk and she changed the password for me and I still can't access my email.
So next question..I'm confused as my understanding was, you need a different password for your virgin media account than you did for your email (so 2 passwords required?)
And if this all works eventually will people still mail me as original on .......@blueyonder.co.uk and I'll have to log in to my email using .........@tiscali.co.uk ...just seems so strange and without warning too. My life is in that email account, I can't lose it.

this is what confused me
Please note that as this password is separate from your sign in details for My Virgin Media (or any Virgin Media apps) this won’t affect your My Virgin Media password. So, if you check your Virgin Media Mail emails through My Virgin Media or at mail.virginmedia.com, you'll still only need your My Virgin Media password.
