yesterday and so far today my blue yonder email account shows as not working, cant send or receive mail, logged into server and still says try in an hour or ring 150,
any one else have a problem ?

Yes quite a few people have had this or similar issue recently.
Now assuming that you are a current VM broadband customer and can log into the website at https://my.virginmedia.com you should be able to reset the password as per the following thread;
Once you have done so, give it about 30 minutes for the change to propagate through and then try it again.
