again again again problem email

i am deaf there email problem problem problem

i first join this cable since at nottingham called diamond cable

anyone remember it ?

then NTL take over they wonderful service wow ever you seen

then virgin take over

wow big problem service slow crap poor service keep money money money

i use this cable more than 30 years

so soon will QUIT and moving somewhere might join BT

when email problem i try email them FAIL

they ask for PHONE wow how you believe they aware deaf can phone ?

they ask get use videocall in BSL

been 4 time call and waiting waiting waiting i keep eyes on videocall no one pick up

before NTL they service use minicom (textphone) wonderful

they virgin remove it wow shame on you

i been write letter to them many time and reply they say phone up

wth phone phone phone agian

they no deaf aware and dont understand what deaf mean, i been told look google what deaf mean

they are total poor service and will quit in soon when i moving will quit and join new BT that it

sad 30+ years use cable

they no think of customer, they only think of money money money

Same as me too, they very poor service, so soon i quit virgin and join BT soon i use this cable for 30+ years

i cannot get in site for fix email setting

your email site play about change thing since NTL

since NTL wonderful easy get in and fix up

now your virgin where gone ? play about there there there say phone up come on i am deaf deaf you better look google what deaf mean

i many time letter to you reply say phone up

i cannot change password

i cannot access your email online

all your virgin media play about change things 

before NTL i can access in email site

why i pay £48 month for ????

i will quit and enough is enough with virgin media

when i moving then will quit

if you carry on take my bank then will take you court

i remember ask for remove phoneline you keep carry on take my bank for 3 month then say sorry give me one month free what clever you keep 2 month month clap clap you clever and rip people off with problem problem

before ntl they give me £9 off for deaf user now you remove shame on you

my 2 email are down when 3rd 4th 5th ?
