accidently deleted email

I had an email in my inbox last night from 31/12/21 and now it is not there.

I suspect when I shut down it was open and I accidently deleted it.

My bin does not go as far back as the 31/12 which is the day I received it .

Help its for a refund of £250!

Try setting up a new device for that email account - usually that'll pull down hundreds of emails that are held on the server.

will do thanks

sadly that did not work

Hi jobro1,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue getting a deleted email back.

If you are unable to locate it in any of the folders suggested by 用心棒 then it's likely the email is no longer retrievable I'm afraid.

If that is the case, contact the company/person who sent you the email and ask them to resent.

Let us know how you get on.

Thanks,
