been a few days now not able to login on my windows edge comes up with the above error on a blue screen. But i can access it fine (luckily enough) on my phone.
Any issues as it seems a few are having similar issues? Never normally any problems and nothing has changed
That error screen is generally the result of a corrupt cookie or browser entry in the browser you are using to access the webmail page.
Try clearing your browser cache and deleting any cookies referring to Virgin Media mail.
Alternatively open a private browser window as that ignores existing cookies or use a different browser.
