Have you followed the instructions given in the mailbox unavailable message to change the email password to a new one not previously used?

Thanks for your post, I am sorry you are having issues with your mail box have you followed what @Graham_A has advised?

I can see from our systems you have been in touch with our team regarding this since your post, were they able to resolve it?
