What's the way of resolving this if you can't sit in a 150 call queue? I had this once before and it did resolve itself eventually (like days) but Vrgin didn't call back about the issue for a couple of months, after a "leave it with us" response.
Ticked the box below, but as I'm not getting emails, seems a bit pointless

So this is usually caused by unusual activity being detected. To resolve you should reset your password to something unique that you haven't used before. Wait 1 hour and then sign in again. I would also recommend you run an anti virus scan on any devices you use to acces your mailbox.

I've been trying this with my account since Wednesday and still can't get access to it so something must be wrong
