We have been trying to get into our email for two days now, and no matter what we do (even after following instructions on the "Your mailbox is not available at the moment." post from the mod team on 31/08/2021, the email is still not working.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your email address. 

I have been able to locate your account and do wish to help with this.

Still waiting to have my emails back up and running. I have not heard from anyone since I was told  that it could take the  IT team up to 5 working days to sort this issue out and that was 9 working days ago.

Sorry to hear you haven't managed to get your issue resolved yet 

I have just taken a quick look over your IT ticket number & they have informed things should now be okay if you change your password, you should be able to log in.  Please could you try this?

Thankfully it now appears to be working and I only have 731 emails to sift through.😬
