Hi,

I'm getting the message below when I try to log into one of my secondary accounts with a virginmedia address.  I have logged into my primary and reset the password, but get the same message when I try and log into webmail.

Email was ok up to late yesterday afternoon.

Can anyone suggest anything else to try?

How long is it since you changed the secondary account password?  Some users have reported that it can take up to an hour for the password change to filter through the VM systems.

Hi @nicknock,

 

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues accessing your email.

 

As @Graham_A suggested, please reset your password by using the Forgotten Password function to something new and wait at least 10 minutes for the system to update.

 

This should allow you access to your mailbox. If you're still having issues, please let us know and we'll be able to look into this further for you.
