Why am I getting this message again?!!!
The last time this happened we were locked out of our email for 10 weeks and have had to change our email as a result - Virgin sent us an email advising us that there appeared to be 'suspicious activity' on our account but managed to include it in the body of emails that we were locked out of!!!
Please can someone sort this out
