The same issue as everyone else!
Do I get a private chat and have a password set for me, is that how Virgin are getting round this issue?

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with a "You can't use that password" error. To confirm, are you currently a customer with us? Have your services been installed?
In addition, are you able to try a different browser/device and also attempt to set a password through Private/Incognito mode?
