Why does it tell me that my smpt password is incorrect when I try to reply to an email

Although I can sign in to my blueyonder emails, it tells me that my password is wrong when trying to respond to said emails.

why and how do I fix it?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your email issue. 

Is this happening on multiple devices? What I would advise is completely signing out of your email address and then signing back in.
