Hello,
My secondary email account has not been able to access webmail since the password was changed late last week?
When trying to log into the webmail I receive an error "Forbidden".
I've searched this board and seen various references to the problem, but nothing on a solution. Can someone help?
The primary account is able to access, and email (pop/imap) is working file - however it is webmail I need as use via a Chromebook.

I am so sorry to hear you are having email issues.
Are you able to change the password to your secondary email? Is it unavailable on all devices/web clients?
When did you last have access?

Hi,
Webmail was working until I recently had to change the password (got locked out - not sure if that helps?). Called support to unlock and change password, and webmail has not worked since then.
Tested across various platforms and clearing cache / cookies.
