We are receiving too many emails without content to our blueyonder email. Is there a way to stop this?

Without content emails arriving daily 12-14 of them a day.  How can we stop this happening?

You have not given a lot of information to help anyone answer your question have you? Smiley Wink

Are they all from the same sender?

Is it from a sender or senders that you have received 'normal' emails from before?

Do the emails have a blank subject as well as content?

Are you viewing them via Webmail on the VM website or by using an email app or client such as Thunderbird on your phone or computer?

On the face of it they sound like malformed spam emails. Are they going into your Inbox or are they appearing in your spam folder ?

Cannot offer any real advice without knowing a lot detail I'm afraid.  Smiley Indifferent

Did you move these emails to the Spam folder or were they delivered there; if the latter then the Spam filters are working as expected otherwise their not working as expected and you will need to wait for Virgin Media to resolve the issue.

FYI: dealing with the occasional persistently missed spam email with Filter rules is possible if there is data common amongst them, for example From data of spammer@example.com

I move them to spam myself.

If the previously suggested Junk e mail with no content post was of no help then AFAICS the only option left is to await a response from Virgin Media; be aware it can take them a few days to work through to your post.
