Want to open a secondary email account

I want to set up a secondary email account.  I don't know how to do this and VM's help documents don't cover this.  Does anyone know how to do this?

You can't any more.  VM are closing the ability of new and existing customers to create ISP email accounts - nominally this change was dated 17 May, although a staggered implementation might have let a few users create accounts since then, but that's only a temporary thing.

It's actually a great idea, encouraging customers to move to a better email service not tied to an ISP.

I haven't seen any announcements / had an email from VM !

Although that's par for the course...
