My virgin.net email has suddenly stopped working. No idea why, but I can't find/remember my password and there's no 'forgotten details' prompt that I can find. I'm a long time virgin customer (although recently renewed as o2/Volt) but didn't think this would be an issue? I need access to my email...quite desperately

What error message is shown when trying to sign into webmail?

Is the virgin.net email addresses linked to an active broadband account with Virgin Media?
