Please could you confirm if there is still any way I can access my virgin.net email? I haven't been able to for 6 months.
Can I assume that you are no longer a current VM broadband customer? If not then I’m afraid after all this time, the email address and mailbox has almost certainly been deleted by now.

Can you confirm if you have an active broadband service with us? Along with this, can you clarify how you're attempting to access your email account and what happens when you try?
