Virgin.net emails

I cannot access my .net account & I cannot reset my password. Unfortunately I need to retrieve some emails urgently. What can I do. My husband has emailed my address but not had it regecyed8. What can I do?

[removed]  is still a valid email address according to this test.

How many times do we have to say that you should never post personal details on a public forum.  How on earth do you think spammers get hold of your details? Take care of your privacy or others will misuse it. You have a few minutes left to edit out your e-mail address. I have asked the Mods to do it in any event. It wasn't asked for. What was asked for was whether you are a VM broadband customer. That question remained unanswered. And we know the e-mail address is valid.

My suspicion is that you have reached the end of the road with your virgin.net address. The answers you need are in this sticky post.
