which looks similar to the email login page but doesn't recognise my user name of password.
Has added the tick to say they are correct but then tells me they are incorrect !!!! I think its the virgin media account its logging me into and not the email ??? really frustrated as I need to access my email today to respond to one that I know has been sent!
Well the address is doomed. You understood entirely incorrectly. VM and its predecessor companies have never offered free e-mail. There was always some financial condition attached to dial up and now VM broadband. Web mail is the first to go as the address is deleted. Client e-mail will continue to work for a short time but will also stop.
Time to set up a new address with a on ISP linked provider and transfer your traffic there.
