Virgin.net email cancellation

Hi I would like to cancel my virgin.net email account and can't seem to find any way of doing this, can someone help ?

Sorry to hear that you're looking to cancel your virgin.net email. Just to confirm, is this email the primary email registered to an active Virgin Media service at all?

no it's just an old virgin.net email not linked to my virginmedia account
