Is anyone else having trouble accessing their email at the moment?
For about a week now, mine has been pretty slow to load the messages, with two arrows going around in circles, occasionally not connecting at all.

Thanks for the reply.
No error message but slow to log in, send and receive emails.
It does seem to be a bit better today but still slow at times.

Thanks for the update gwb67 and glad to hear this has been partially resolved. Do you notice the delays or problems across all devices? Is it quicker on devices wired as opposed to wirelessly connected?

Across all devices. There's three I tend to use, two of which are wireless.

Have you changed your password for your mailbox recently?
Are you having any issues with email clients or is it just webmail that you're having issues with?

I've not changed the password for a few months. If that would help then I can do so again.
It's just on webmail - I don't have another way to access my email.
It has been better the last couple of days and logging in seems ok now but sending or receiving can still be slow.

When I saw other recent posts about user's virgin.net email accounts being deleted, I was concerned mine was going the same way.
No, I've not changed it yet but will do so.
