I’ve had a Virgin.net email for 20+ years and can no longer access it. I am with virgin for broadband and tv so wasn’t expecting to have an issue staying with it. I need to access the account asap as I have so many emails stored that I need. Please can someone help me somehow migrate it if required. Thanks Paul

In that case the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) should be abler to get your virgin.net email account linked to your current VM broadband account. That should protect it for as long as VM continue to provide their email service. However, VM stopped issuing email accounts 2 1/2 years ago and the future of the VM email service is unclear.
However, back to your current issue. VM will need evidence that your virgin.net email account was originally linked to an account that was in the same name as your current VM broadband account. That can sometimes prove tricky since many virgin.net email accounts were originally used with the old original Virgin (as opposed to Virgin Media) dial up internet service of 20 years ago.
Hopefully this will be sorted out for you, One of the Forum Team will contact you via this forum thread and go through the details with you.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you have lost access to your .Net email which you have used for over 20 years, we will be more than happy to try and get access to this for you, can you confirm that the active account you have and the account where the email in question was registered are both in your name?
Regards
Paul.
