I’ve had a virgin.net email for the best part of 25 years which suddenly stopped working last Wednesday. I have no other virgin services, just the email. I’m guessing from other posts Virgin have deactivated the account, is there any way to retrieve the account whilst I set up a new email service?

Hi Go0ner, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that the email is no longer working,
The email address will need to be tied into an active Media account to remain active.
Can you confirm if the email is showing as valid here.
