Upon returning from holiday iphone, ipad and laptop will not sync therefore have not been updated since 09/09/21. Whilst away received email stating that repairs were being carried out to improve the service. I have followed the guidance that states change 'ntl world' to virgin media'. Please help as I cannot get myself out of this problem. Thanks

There are a lot of fake emails doing the rounds at the moment claiming that updates are needed re VM email accounts. (Look at the security section for examples).
Perhaps you have fallen for one of these whilst away.
