Virgin email login page

Email login page was changed weeks ago so have to go via VirginMedia.com. However, keep getting an error page " ☹️ Oops ! Looks like something's gone wrong on our side. Please try again. I did but still getting the same error message.

I eventually managed to log into email after navigating through multiple menus. Why has the email login page been changed ??
