Following the recent update for Virgin email I am no longer able to see unread emails which currently show as 78.
The only way I can see unred emails is to look on my phone, then search on the senders name and the all emails from that sender appear along with the recent unred ones. This is obviously not practical or sustainable.
I can see unred emails in the Inbox sub folders I have created.
Any help gratefully received as after a week of reporting this issue I still have the same problem.
