Virgin Email Login Page Error on Chrome

On our wavelength

I am having problems accessing my virgin email on Chrome. I am getting a 'Bad Request' error message stating the below:

'Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.'

I can login no problem via another brower or when incognito. Can anyone advise how I can resolve this problem so I can access via Chrome once again please?

Clear cookies in Chrome and try again.

Thanks, that got me in but as soon as I chose the link to find out how to make contact the same message appeared.  It is only their website ghat is doing this.

Try using incognito mode in Chrome.

Failing that, try the Firefox browser.

Sorry that you are having the same issue when you try make contact.

Can we ask what is is you need help with? 

Does this happen on another browser?

I didn't try a different browser in the end.  I managed to speak to a VM operative and resolved the issue that way.   Ta
