Havin issues creating my account. Getting error message when I click the link, when I click resend the email nothing is coming through. Please help!

I'm so sorry to hear that this is happening can I just check have you been able to check your spam/junk folders? 

 

What error message do you get when you click the link and which link are you trying to access?
