VM. Email on my computer. Looks like it’s coming through. Microsoft app ??

Following a recent reply.    I. Checked the information on that reply just now and. Yes   it looks like my.  VM web Mail /. E mail is coming through a third party platform.   It is.  the Microsoft platform.       How do I safely. get rid of this and get my emails through the. VM. Platform. ??        TeeRai.

Only you would know if you have added your Virgin Media email address to a third party email client/app.

VM email offer a webmail page that you access through whatever your chosen web browser is. https://mail2.virginmedia.com/

Thanks to everyone 👍🏽      so far  over the last 6. Days.  
now. How do I successfully put    My.  VM. Web Mail email   On to my desktop.  So I just need to click the icon and it opens straight to my email accounts.    Plus.  I’d like to pin it to my task bar as well.          TeeRai.

Hi TeeRai and thanks for your post.

In order to sign in to your emails from our platforms you can either visit this page or downdlad the MyVM App and sign in from there.
You can also go to Microsoft Outlook and remove the email account from there should you not wish to use this to access and manage your emails.

I plan to uninstall the. VM email coming via. from the Microsoft platform   But will this delete any other programs      Anyway.   Once this uninstallation. Is done.  I plan to install  VM  email platform.   Is there an icon that I can put onto my computer desktop. ?   Then pin this to the task bar. ?      I’d prefer to go. Straight to my. VM emails in one click.  Possible.  ???         TeeRai.

You should be able to add a short cut to https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ as an icon on your Microsoft desktop

Alternatively just add the above mentioned URL to your favourites list in your chosen browser.
