I'm also having this problem.

I have checked with Spamhaus and there are no reported issues.

I can send an email from my laptop.  I cannot send from my Iphone or android phone.  My wife cannot send from her Mac Laptop.

Can someone from Virgin please assist?

Can I just ask if you have ran a malware scan on the devices you are not able to send emails from

Also is this happening on webmail or an email client

I am able to send emails from virgin media webmail but not from any other device using an email client.

Yes I have ran a malware check and also checked with Spamhaus and no issues.  The problem yet again is with virgin, I do hope my account has not been hacked again.

Please ask someone to check the server settings.

Its now working again, someone must have corrected the technical error.
