I've tried to access my emails but I get told that my username and password aren't recognised. I tried resetting but my security question is coming up as 'q'. ???
I've tried accessing my account but get the same message. I'm worried that someone has hacked my account. I've tried both chrome on my mobile, computer and microsoft edge on my computer. I am a current account holder and had access to my accounts only a couple of hours ago.
Hi. I was unable to access my email and account. I ended up upgrading calling in to speak to someone about the problem (after using the text service for 24hrs with no resolve). Took all of 5 minutes to fix with my username and password being reset.
